The Pre-Online Phase:
My first acquaintance with computers was in 1997 when I was in primary school in Canberra, Australia. As a 13 year old, so called GEEK, kid I was fascinated with computer games from the start.
I spent most of my break time, lunch hours and library hours playing games in the library computer. Back then, the library computers were available on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. So, I had to compete with other fellow students to get one of the available computers first. Imagine that!
