Hey there my friends,
Welcome to the fourth episode of Sunday Synopsis.
Many of you already know that today’s synopsis is a little different than the previous ones as I have decided to add your suggestions to the roundup as well. I am also going to continue this trend in the coming episodes. So, If you find that AHA! post and want to suggest it for the next episode, please feel free to contact me here.
I am extremely delighted to see all the suggestions I received. Tell you the truth; it never ever occurred to me that I had so many Ghost visitors. You know; the kind of visitors that don’t leave comments when they visit your blog but regularly come to check it out. Anyway, I am not going to feature all of the suggested posts as the quality of some of the articles really sucked. Sorry guys.. I am only being honest here.
Ok, let us get started with today’s synopsis. This synopsis is in no particular order and I hope you are going to really enjoy them.
1) Wisdom insights and inspiration from the best:
This is a true masterpiece by Cori, where she shares the wisdom, insights and inspiration from some of the best entrepreneurs we have today.
This is a 3 questions interview of 61 entrepreneurs who are involved in wide varieties of businesses. Don’t miss this epic post as it is informative and very inspiring. Plus, you can even download the pdf version for free if you wish.
…I decided to put this post together because of some things I’ve been going through myself in my life and business… and it occurred to me that if I am having these sorts of struggles, it’s a sure bet many of you have your own version of them as as well. So… this blog post was born. MANY, MANY thanks to all the wonderful entrepreneurs who contributed their wisdom and insight in order to make this post great….
2) Are you trying to sell a product on your blog?
The way you blog plays an integral part in your lead generation. It is necessary to warm up your audience with your contents first, in order to capture the lead that counts.
Tia blogs about 4 blogging and selling myths and shares with us a low risk tactic which we all can use to yield high results.
…what I’ll say now is that too many business bloggers try to be publishers, and in doing so, miss great opportunities to connect with specific audiences and generate leads. It takes far less effort to convert 5 interested people than it does to convert 100 non-interested people, yet, people go for the 100 all of the time…
A must read for all bloggers. Check the rest of the post here:
3) Dirty secrets of winning the web:
Think you know everything about branding yourself, getting exposure and making an impact on the web?
I bet you are going to think different after reading the reality on branding, gaining exposure and winning the web which Murray waylays in this captivating post.
…A great blogger discovers something and writes about it on their blog – due to little influence online, they are passed over (no retweets, barely any comments and otherwise zero interaction). Weeks (or months) later a large, branded website will cover the same subject in less detail but be hailed as some kind of web-god that came down from the heavens to deliver this spectacular information…

4) Overcome fear and use it to your advantage:
Fear is one of the many crisis bloggers face in their online endeavor. It can really drain the motivation while you are following your passion. Yet, fear is essential for your success.
Thu blogs about how inviting fear, mutating it in your thoughts along with discipline can help you climb the steps of success.
…I am so afraid that I’ve even convinced myself, I need to have fear in order to succeed. However, another fear appears – the thought of never getting around to seeing success. And I think it is this cycle that we can viciously run around in until the very last breath of air ceases to exist. So how many levels of fear are there?..Now that’s quite a thought…What I want to do is look at it constructively…
This is an awesome post and I highly recommend you read it. Read the rest here:
5) Know your passive followers and learn how you can interact with them:
You may need to make additional efforts to try to get your passive audience to open up.
This is a guest post by Ann Smarty on ShoutMeLoud where she talks about how personality oriented quizzes and incentive driven surverys are 2 of her successful methods to get silent readers to share their opinion.
…Many people make the mistake of only focusing on their ‘active’ members, the vocal minority who will often end up holding almost as much sway over a site as its creator. When in fact the passive community is at least as important as the active one, if not more so (as there tends to be more passive members than active ones, plus many people are only inclined to say something when they want to complain)….

6) Ways to make money from your site:
Have you reevaluted how you can monetize your blog and bring in that extra income?
Donna from Dazzlindona shares with you 11 mix of ideas and explanations to find out what monetization options can really work for you.
….My hope is that by giving you a mix of ideas and explanations, you can find the monetization methods that work best for you, your site, and your niche market. Generally speaking, it’s usually best to diversify, using a mix of methods, so if one revenue stream dries up for any reason, your other methods are still bringing in some income….

7) Do you learn from your mistakes?
No one likes to make mistakes. Truth be known, We all make mistakes because we are not perfect. Sometimes, we even hate admitting to our mistakes. If you want to be successful in life, admit you made a mistake, get over it but try to avoid making the same mistake again.
Steve talks about how you can better yourself by using the lessons learned from your mistakes to your advantage.
..Life itself is a learning process—we all learn as we get older. Looking back, I did some pretty dumb stuff during my teenage years just because I thought it was a good idea at the time, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who can say that! We can’t turn back the clock, but experience and additional wisdom come with age. Use that to your advantage…

10) What do men want from girls:
This post is by Diggy where he talks about what men want from girls…Girls BEWARE !!!
I have to say I don’t agree with all of Diggy’s points cent percent but I simply love this post. It is simple and straight foreward.
..Some guys like quiet, submissive girls. Others like loud and dominant girls…Every guy has his own preferences what he looks for in a girl, but here are common factors that (most) guys like and dislike about girls…
